On You Tube you have to sign in to see an episode of Midsomer Murders
Season 11, Episode 2 "Shot at Dawn"
I've watched the whole series of Midsomer Murders that is available for free on You Tube many times. I started from the beginning again, and so far, this episode is the only one I have to sign in for (to verify my age) There is adultery and frank discussion of homosexuality and that's the only reason I can think of that they singled this episode out. How stupid is that? Especially when it's been available since 2008.

(9,274 posts)Foyle's War did take me a while to get into, but then I loved it.
I have watched Frost, Morse, and Lewis and like all of them.
Hmmm...I'll have to check into Inspector Wexford
I watched one show (mini-series) about the real-life Chief Detective Inspector of Glasgow who had a perfect record of solving murders. I thought it starred Douglas Henshall, but I can't figure out for sure what show it was.

(3,820 posts)I love the British mysteries and there's plenty of them on YT. I love most of the series named here but will add Maigret which is a personal favorite. There's 2 versions of the series on YT with different casts. I pay $10 for premium service so I never have to bother with ads.

(18,383 posts)Just this one.
I find free shows on You Tube and watch them. I think You Tube changed access to this episode of Midsomer Murders because of content, and I didn't like this episode getting singled out.
