An Amazon driver is facing serious charges after Wrentham Police say he took pictures of women and girls in a bathroom at the Wrentham Outlets. His arrest follows an investigation that started this summer.
A mother and daughter reported there was a person acting strange, a man dressed as a woman wearing a wig, said Wrentham Police Chief Bill McGrath.
When Wrentham Police responded to the outlets in August, where women reported a man behaving suspiciously in a womens bathroom, an investigation began that would uncover far more sinister evidence. A witness photo showed what appeared to be pen cameras recording devices laced into the mans sneakers.
Surveillance video soon led investigators to 23-year-old Jacob Guerrero of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. A search warrant gave police access to his phone, which contained photos and videos of child pornography.
Some of the children he allegedly had on his phone were 8, 9, 10, 11 years old, McGrath said.

I see this kind of thing quite frequently these days. I've warned my daughter about it - and, tbh, I'm much more careful than years ago. I don't think it's really safe.

(4,429 posts)He also took pics of girls through windows. I guess his status as a driver ALSO gave him opportunities
from the article: Guerrero was arrested leaving the Amazon parking lot in Wrentham. He worked there as a delivery driver. Investigators say it was his work that led him to at least one victim
ETA:
Police say cellphone data shows the images were taken in several cities and towns including video taken of a 10 or 11-year-old girl from outside a bedroom window in Norfolk.
At this time it does not appear there is any connection between Guerrero and the child victim or the residence. Guerrero, who is an Amazon delivery driver, likely has delivered packages to the residence in the past, police wrote in a statement.

(4,429 posts)It's not typical, I know. And I live on a street where you'd imagine my packages would be stolen all the time.
What amazes me is this guy was caught at all. It seems that the police received evidence (he was hanging in many bathrooms - but finally someone snapped a pic of him and got the camera (in his shoe) in the pic.
Otherwise, it would have continued.
