So much a man does is interpreted as "mean" or "aggressive" if we do it. We train ourselves out of that surety.

I’m trying to get my head around white men again, especially older white men, in which I’m one.

Educated white women went for Warren. But even college white guys didn’t go Warren.

But to your original question, I have been trying to figure it out. I have been of the belief for decades that women are more suited to controlling government. I cannot figure out any logical answer anymore to why it has not happened. I just figure powerfully rich dudes want to fuck up life on earth for all of history so that they can keep getting their dicks sucked.

As to whether my example "fits" with your statement, it may be a matter of broad versus narrow definitions, but I'd guess you simply don't "get it"

A lot are simple unaware of the circumstances they find themselves in and just accept it as the norm. If all those around you are behaving a certain way and have been for a while they may not know that it is actually not normal and should not be accepted. Many women don't ask for raises so they don't get them. Many simply do not know that their male counterparts go after raises and get them that way. This is just a small example of course.

I guess it depends on your environment, how you were raised, etc. If you are around strong women it rubs off. You share experiences and gain knowledge and awareness happens as a result.
