(CNN) — In one of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s first moves as secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services, the agency released guidance Wednesday for the US government, external partners and the public that offers a narrower definition of sex than the ones used by many scientists and that aligns with a January executive order signed by President Donald Trump.

The department also launched a website promoting these definitions and created a video defending a ban on transgender women participating in women’s sports.

HHS says the action was prompted by Trump’s January 20 executive order titled “Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government,” which required the agency to provide “clear guidance expanding on the sex-based definitions set forth in the order” within 30 days.

Wednesday’s publication furthers the Trump administration’s efforts to deny the existence of people who identify as transgender, nonbinary or intersex, a sharp departure from the Biden administration’s attempts to create more inclusive health policy and research.

Are we so polluted that doctors can't treat us? They don't give us the bad news because they know we won't listen? That's my beef with them. They treat symptoms and never get to the root cause because it's bad for business. They manage illness for profit, or at least for office visits. They won't confront metabolic syndrome. Tell you to eat a little less carbs but never connect it to diabetes. It's like they allow you to become sick. What are we paying them for again?

Or does the chart reflect high drug prices? And palatial hospitals? Would be interesting to see if there's any variability on longevity in the US on wealthy hospitals vs. old community hospitals.

We've abandoned ancestral dietary patterns for beer and potato chips. Organic goat milk cheeses. Gone. Light on calories. Gone. Legumes. Never heard of them.

and turning of everything into either black or white decision making... how are they going to handle babies born with both sexual organs present... or both nonpresent? These are just some of those pesky shades of grey areas that none of them seem to want to admit happens, yet under their xtianist theory, all are made by god and so all are holy. Oh, how to overcome the hypocrisy?! /snark
