Why is it contingent upon Israel releasing known murderers and terrorists?
Why is there no evidence of life of the remaining hostages, and why release them in stages?

anyone not being charged, and on trial for crimes. Way too many are in "preventive detention".

was released on a prisoner exchange.
How did that work out?
Hamas asks for (demanded) certain prisoners to be released, it's not entirely up to Israel.

Why 200 Palestinian prisoners, many actually convicted of crimes although I do not know how fair their trials were, and only 4 people held hostage by Hamas were released.
