This isn't the first time the message was sent. The lack of response to the US declaring that Jerusalem was Israel's capital. The lack of Arab response to moving the embassy to Jerusalem. Trump's economic peace plan. The so called "Deal of the Century." All these initiatives and the response in the Arab world (or lack thereof) have been sending the message for years now. The train is leaving the station. Still waiting to see if the Palestinian leadership will try to get on board.
