I doubt it's a pledge to join Putin in his failed war but I o think it's a symbolic gesture meant to scare King Dumbass by reminding him just how high the stakes could eventually be if he keeps trying to alienate China compleely. King Dumbass will miss it, of course, it will sail right over his piggy head.
