The Ukrainian state project 'I Want to Live' published the names of Russian military personnel whom Moscow refuses to return home. There are 200 people on the list. Ukraine is taking an unprecedented step and is ready to regularly publish lists of Russian military personnel whom Russia is deleting from the exchange lists, they write on the project’s Telegram channel. The wives of Russian prisoners of war decided to create a public organization 'Our Way Out' in Ukraine to help Russian women find their relatives who were captured.
