Any ideas for tofu loaf left overs?
Big ole tofu loaf and I could use some ideas. I tried dipping in panko crumbs and "chicken" and pork seasoning prior to frying.
That was good with chicago diner gravy. I could eat a shoe with chicago diner gravy. The tofu loaf was made with roasted garlic and vegetables.
I do not eat dairy of any kind. Maybe a casserole with daiya? I don't know. Thanks in advance.

(113,130 posts)That's how I usually managed to eat the rest of veggie loaves. In fact, I cooked them as much for sandwiches later as for roasts now.

(8,267 posts)Have you thought about a pot pie or a mock shepherd's pie?
BTW, any suggestions for a big butternut squash?
(Soup is not my first choice ...)
