cool FB page

Hey - I found a page that has some frugal aspects, but is also about getting the chemicals out of your life. Natural cleaners, stuff like. There is some particular references to some oils they use, but it's not really about that, but still good information about natural remedies. Most of which are economical, too!

Some posts on there:

We finally ran out of laundry detergent so that I could use the container to make my own! I just made 2 gallons with about 5 dollars in ingredients and they are all natural and super safe. I'll let you know how it turns out!

This bug spray works great on ants, mosquitos and spiders! It also smells amazing!!

Baking soda is one of my favorite things. I briefly considered naming this page "the miracles of baking soda" but thought Clean Living sounded better.

Switching from regular shampoo to using baking soda was the first major step I took in "cleaning" my life.

Something that I saw and had not thought to tell anyone about....papaya enzymes for heartburn. To say that I have had indigestion problems was an understatement. I lived on Tums. My aunt told me about the papaya enzyme pills, and since I didn't believe that they would work, she brought some for me to try....and damned if they didn't work as well as Tums. And they are so much better for you.

And that was just one of the great ideas on that page.

For me, as well - better, I think. And well, I dunno, I just feel better about taking it.

And I have no doubt that it is much better for you. I even have told my doctor and gastro doc about it.
