2. When I was reading about the NSA and

the surveillance that was going on, all I could think about was Bill Gates, and how he wants to compile, store, and share personal information and test scores of children. They claim that it will allow teachers and schools to better individualize instruction, but what many people don't know is that most teachers can highly individualize instruction without loads and loads of test data and databases.
