Lakota School Board member Darbi Boddy defended her use of antisemitic language while making a motion to rid the school district of "intentional hiring by race" and critical race theory at Monday evening's business meeting.
Prior to the meeting, Boddy posted to Facebook about her motion for Lakota Local Schools to "immediately end its association with critical race theory, DEI, and SEL." DEI stands for diversity, equity and inclusion and SEL stands for social and emotional learning.
"This institution routinely practices and promotes racial segregation, as well as differential, or preferential treatment by race," she wrote. "We openly seek to hire using racial preferences."

In her post and again during Monday's meeting, Boddy said there should be "no more collective judgment, no more ancestral judgments, no more blood benefits, no more blood libels
that Americans are judged as individuals not in or by aggregate."
