Lets work to elect Clinton/Kaine in November

Tim Kaine is an honorable man and very experienced with Government. This is not a popularity contest, this a real responsibility to the country, where if God forbid something happens to the President, the vice President must fill in the shoes of the President.

I know people who scrutinize his record and say he is too centrist or boring but he has fought for progressive values.

The alternative is just to much a risk to try undermine this team and we must elect them in November.

The more I've heard about Kaine tonight the more I think he's a really good choice. He will help get things done.

A man of palpable integrity, and - wonder of wonders- humility- with a sense of humor, to boot.
And more liberal than most folks seem to think .
I am very happy about Hillary's choice for VP. (because he is not simply a "running mate". He is someone who will be an effective partner in the White House, and is fully qualified to step in as president should -shudder- circumstance demand it)
