Would WI have 2 Democratic US Senators had

Feingold ran for Kohl’s open US Senate seat in 2012 instead of seeking a rematch against Johnson-R. (Feingold would have benefited from Obama’s coattails.)
Kind and/or Baldwin would challenge Johnson in 2016.

He could of ran in 2012 when it was an open seat, the Republican nominee was Tommy Thompson.
Tammy Baldwin and/or Ron Kind could have challenged Ron Johnson in 2016. Rematches for the defeated candidates rarely work.

The question for the 2022 WI US Senate Election is can Ron Johnson be defeated with a current 1 term Lt Governor Mandela Barnes. Will Barnes campaign like Feingold campaigned in 1992(30 years ago/ Feingold defeated a 2 term Republican US Senator Rob Kasten.)
