CA Democratic US Reps. Khanna and Swallwell got elected

by unseating longtime Democratic Incumbents Mike Honda and Pete Stark in the November General Election.
How would Khanna or Swallwell do in the 2024 US Senate Race against DiFi?

It will be difficult for either of them to run as it takes a LOT of money to run in CA and I don’t know that either of them wants to give up the House seat for what will probably be a crowded primary.

I don’t think she will be in cycle though so, I don’t believe that she has to give up her seat to run which is a huge plus.
