IL(Kinzinger-R16 vs LaHood-R18) parts of Will and DeKalb County gets added to IL-14(Underwood-D) and parts of Peoria County gets added to IL-17(Bustos-D). Will, DeKalb, and Peoria are high populated Democratic leaning counties.
