Why is my sign on screen on my iPad Air different????

after I started using the iPad this afternoon the sign on screen is so different.....anyone else have this situation??

possibly an auto update to iOS 10. go to settings/general/about and it will tell you what version of iOS you have. I believe the latest is 10.2

and it's taken some getting used to. The most annoying thing is the screen rotation locks without my enabling lock, so I have to reboot to get it to move again.
