Try financial institutions and governmental agencies. Ask about training opportunities.

and stick to professional sites like linkedin. That way you won't get walmart store security jobs.

All of those positions have entry level postings from time to time.

Occupational Research Network. Helps you research
- Occupations, variations on job titles, tasks and activities, qualifications, payrates, job market growth expectations, etc.
- Related and "neighbor" occupations
- Job market, pay rates by region with current job listings

I used to do labor market research and this is an outstanding resource for the rest of your career. Take a deep dive on this site and good luck.

I'm getting nostalgic for the DC rush hour.
I've written songs while sitting in traffic so long.
When the speed of the cars allows gazing at stars that's the beltway
Not quitting my day job.

Okay so if you're East there's Naval Intelligence in Suitland,
North there's Fort Meade,
West you have a choice of Langley or Liberty Crossing,
To the South there's the Pentagon and further South there's Quantico.

Seriously, these places could use an infusion of Democratic thinking especially if you feel that you may be management material.
Try searching: http://www.cjhunter.com/jobsearch/cjsearch.phtml
I use that site.

There's:
Security Technician
Security Analyst.
Security Engineer.
Security Architect.
Security Administrator.
Security Software Developer.
Cryptographer.
Cryptanalyst.
Security Consultant

Here's an article: https://cybersecurityventures.com/50-cybersecurity-titles-that-every-job-seeker-should-know-about/

Good luck.
