Anybody else having a problem clicking on videos through DU?

For the past 2-3 days, the videos have been spinning and spinning, then display error: An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: qNvR5Tw14cUCtFqa)

It's only been happening on my Win 10 laptop in Firefox. Chrome works fine. My Macbook Pro, iPhone, and iPad seem to be working fine. I was thinking it was something with my work connection (running a VPN, logged into secure servers), but I can access the same videos on YouTube without an issue. The OS is up to date as well as my Firefox browser.

Firefox is the browser I run all day long (use Chrome for testing forms/web sites). If there is a setting I need to change, I'm not sure what it would be.
