Where are Canadian travellers heading to avoid the U.S.?




From sports fans to event organizers, many Canadians are still avoiding travelling to the United States. Travel consultant McKenzie McMillan joins Hanomansing Tonight to discuss the ‘complete drop’ in leisure travel to the U.S. from Canadians, and the trends he's seeing in fliers and airlines.

He is American with dual citizenship/ Canada ... His wife is from Jordan/ Palestinian and Syrian Christians and grew up in Dubai...she is now Canadian.... So, with her heritage, they are going to Mexico and family will visit them there as a festive family event....

Forgot to clarify..... son and his family live in Alberta Canada... rest of family in USA.

USA is just too damn dysfunctional....

of the Gulf of Maine, has been very popular with Canadians who like to swim in the ocean without turning purple from the colder Canadian water. There is also a little beachside amusement park, and just a 4 hour drive south of the border it has proven to a be a fun place for the families with kids.

Memorial Day weekend will be the big tell about how Canadians feel about this vacation spot.
