New Wyoming Gubernatorial Candidate Says God Told Him To Run
With just eight months remaining until Wyomings primary election, a new Republican gubernatorial candidate who said God told him to run for office has entered the race.
Cheyenne resident Aaron Nab, a truck driver who has not previously held a political office, officially announced his candidacy in late December, although he said he decided to run for governor in June.
I have been in a very slow process to announce my candidatecy [sic] for Wyoming Governor as I am very particular and I am a very humble person as it wasnt tell [sic] September that I really accepted that God was wanting me to do this, Nab said on social media. June 24th is when I finally agreed to run and Id [sic] I wasnt the best person for the position I would not be here as I have tried to get other people to do it so I wouldnt have to, but here I am.
Some of Nabs priorities for the highest office in Wyoming include not sit in my office hiding, be mobile around the State working and talking with the people, fight critical race theory, expanding curriculum at Wyomings community colleges and make Wyoming the best state for veterans to live.
