EV maker reportedly leases space in new Bothell industrial park
Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian Automotive, Inc., (Nasdaq: RIVN) has leased at the North Creek Commerce Center in Bothell, according to CBRE.
On its website, the automaker shows a new service center coming to Bothell, its fourth location in the Puget Sound region. Rivian also has service centers in Bellevue and Seattle, and it inked a lease in May to open a third facility in Fife.
A Rivian spokesperson declined to comment.
Commercial property developer Panatonni began construction on the 243,000-square-foot industrial park at 18713 Bothell-Everett Highway in 2023, without any preleases.
