An agreement was reached that the USPS would daily either report all clear of election mail or explain what or why election mail was not cleared.
see https://www.democraticunderground.com/108111163 about the consent order.
I've tried to find any information about what these daily reports have shown with no luck. Has anyone seen reporting of them?

(18,088 posts)Filled out ballots need to be post marked 11/2 and received by 11/5 at registrar
An absentee voter could still receive a ballot and mail or drop at registrar office
Ballots already filled out and mailed need to be postmarked and delivered.

There were only occasional deliveries at our address for more than a month. The problem appears to be in the local post offices named in the lawsuit and not limited to election mail. The registrars receive mail from that post office. It is a very blue city and a purple county here.
The PO here has had issues with manpower for much more than five years do it predates DeJoy.
Wonder if theres an inspector general who oversees the P.O . this seems far beyond the range of acceptable performance.
