Madeleine Dean question
I'm one of her few constituents that post positive and constructive things on her official FB page. It's overrun with trolls, many who obviously don't live in Montgomery County. Her being on the impeachment committee enrages the magats and they attack her relentlessly. One of the attacks that I can't seem to get clarity on is that her (I think) brother is on her payroll. I've seen the payroll disclosure (link below) so it is true, but I can't find information on why, or what his roll is in her office/campaign. Ballotpedia says nothing about it. Anyone know or link to info?

So maybe he was a temp, or some kind of project administrator?
If he worked on her campaign I don't believe he'd be paid a state salary.
