What brokerage account - where are the cash disbursements? The money went somewhere.
No doubt it's something illegal or immoral.

It doesn't make any sense to have as-yet-unused campaign funds sit around not collecting interest, etc.
It's a tad risky because whatever you have the money invested in could go down, but not illegal.

There are plenty of reasons to vote against Wagner, but this isn't one of them.
