In return, he voted to support H.R. 992 - Swaps Regulatory Improvement Act that loosens regulations placed on the industry imposed by Dodd-Frank. This is the bill that Citigroup literally wrote for Congress.

I guess Mullin wasn't around in 2008 to see the damage deregulation of the banking industry caused.
