Rolling Stone ran a story that they could've debunked with a single phone call.

For whatever reason I didn’t fall for this one; this one odd-affect doctor as sole source story smelled weird to me from the start. Fear not I’ll fall for some other bullshit tomorrow.

In summer, in full winter clothes, was a pretty big tipoff.

and hasn't worked in their hospital in over 2 months, debunks this? I don't think so. It also totally ignores this. From the same article:

Dr. Mary Clarke, president of the Oklahoma State Medical Association told the Tulsa World that hospitals are so short on beds, they have to transfer patients out of state to get them the care they need. “We know that patients are being transferred out of state for beds,” Davis said. “We are increasingly concerned about the number of holds that are in emergency rooms waiting for ICU beds.”

Of course Right-wingers everywhere are eager to debunk this.

If you knew that area of OK, you would know how easy it is to believe this is true. They like their banjo music.
