On OKla. A.G. Hunter's resignation...

With news of the resignation of State A.G. Mike Hunter as a result of "certain personal matters becoming public" (i.e. a lurid sex scandal leading to divorce) becoming a distraction, I welcome his resignation.

However, the real distraction during his term was joining the Texas Attorney General (himself under indictment) in the disgraceful, ill-fated, and soundly rejected lawsuit attempting to perpetuate the "Big Lie" that the election was stolen. This traitorous attempt to undermine democracy was, of course, applauded by the Trump's sycophants that purport to represent Oklahoma in higher offices.

I suspect there is soon to be a hiring spree for ethically challenged lawyers to represent Trump in the very near future...maybe his dream job awaits.
