The vote came after Cleveland County Democratic leaders learned Noah Ynclan pleaded guilty in 2013 to domestic abuse in the presence of a child and served probation.
Violence against women {or anyone} is reprehensible and goes against everything the Democratic Party stands for, CCD Chair Krystal Golding-Ross said. As of June 24, 2017, the Cleveland County Democratic Party officially endorses Steven Vincent as the Democratic candidate and we will give him our full support in the race for SD 45.
State party leaders are not taking a position on the race.
