Did you get turned away from any ED, hospital because you're on Medicaid? Reporter wants to talk

snip-"Hi all, health care reporter with The Columbus Dispatch. Medicaid portals in all 50 states are reportedly down after the Trump administration's executive order to halt federal funding in grants, loans, etc.
Has anyone enrolled in Medicaid been turned away from an emergency department or medical appointment because of the confusion on whether or not Medicaid is... well... working? I'd love to talk to you on the record.
