Governor DeWine signed the Constitutional carry bill in Ohio yesterday. Now anyone over 21 in

Ohio that can legally own a gun can carry a concealed weapon. There is no longer any requirement for a safety course,
background checks or a CC permit. You no longer have the duty to inform a law enforcement officer that you
have a weapon unless asked. If you live in Ohio or are passing through and you get pulled over by a police officer
put your hands on the wheel and don't move. The police have to assume everyone is carrying a gun and they have
a license to kill you. Don't get into any road rage confrontation, every nut has a gun.

We just had somebody murdered about 3 blocks from my house (Weber and Indianola)
A family was killed about 20 years ago (Tulane and Esmond) 1.5 blocks from my house.
A policeman was shot and killed about a mile from my house 5 or so years ago. (Pacemont and High St)
And that is just off the top of my head ..... I'm sure there has been many more.

More guns means more gun deaths not more freedom, liberty, and personal and or family protection.
This is madness. Why are we giving into these right wing assholes?

and you put your hands on the wheel and do nothing, you could be shot. "I thought he was going for a gun" no cop
could get convicted of outright murder now. Not all cops are bad but law enforcement attracks some bad charactors, racists, thugs and bullies. I have known a few of them in my life that became cops. It only takes a feels to make them all look bad.

with a bar-paid DORA bracelet to open carry their beer or liquor (and their concealed weapon) while roaming the small businesses in our "Old Town" every day of the year from noon to 9PM...who thought this was a great idea to help "commerce"? Just don't light up or vape on public streets and inside public buildings - right? In or near the area, is the toddler fountain foot splash; the granite-cut stoned steep amphitheater where live music is presented, a gun shop, open air seating for what amounts to a food court, school zones at the periphery of the designated areas, and a wooded trail head that connects to other nearby communities. Many nights, even prior to these rules, a LE helicopter has circled overhead "ground spotlight" on the ground searching for criminals.

Round-a-bouts were installed several years back to improve the "flow" of traffic. TPTB have torn them up 3 times already for improvements including speed bumps, islands, signage changes, and 5G hardware installation. They've encouraged parking at the in-town county fairgrounds. In addition, every day can potentially have an "event" to draw people, and the street corners are clogged because pedestrians and cyclists roam in and out of the DORA areas, possibly drunk and packing, where- and whenever they'd like to cross the streets. The street is used for emergency vehicles through town as well as delivery 18-wheelers, but so much for traffic flow! Though on a smaller scale, have our GQP city managers forgotten Las Vegas and Dayton's Oregon District mass shootings?

This HS is just steps from the DORA area: a fine example of a responsible fan? Hilliard police charge man photographed with gun at girls state wrestling tournament. https://www.10tv.com/article/news/crime/man-with-gun-at-hillard-davidson/530-34626443-6368-4f80-839d-fa8c44b79cb5

The Second Amendment does not specify an age restriction.

Why don't they make it legal for everybody, including children, to carry guns, just like the Founding Fathers envisioned?

I feel that a ballot measure should be allowed for Ohio voters to overturn this law via a referendum, as well as other states that allow such referendums that have similar laws.
