County Democratic Chairs under pressure to endorse Tammy Murphy.

Not explicitly or by threat. But due to loyalty to Governor Phil Murphy. They may prefer Andy Kim, but it would be a political betrayal to lean towards him.

1. Absolutely disgusting!

The Governor's office is putting pressure (funding for projects, etc) on County Committees to support his wife. NJ is the State if big bosses and Murphy's shiny veneer is tarnishing.

If Murphy is on the ticket, I will write in Kim on my ballot.

3. Nope - that's not true

I'm on a county committee and the county I'm in selected Kim at our convention.

I'm also an elected in my county - I've been doing this work for a long time here.

Trust me . . . My county will never again see Andy Kim if he wins in June. One of things we have relied on heavily in the 7th District is our Young Dems. That team has been 'built out'.

We aren't going to be able corral the young Dems as door knocks/hangers for him. The young lady the South Jersey Political Machine threw under the bus - she grew up with them (young dems)

Truthfully - I'll vote for him. But after that smearing and lying about a young woman - I'm not going to put his sign in my yard. The young lady he threw under the South Jersey dirty sneaky games Political Machine dropped door tags for me in November.

I'm with her - not him.

but certainly in Essex County.
I was an elected County Committee member and Chair of my town's Committee
I stepped down because of insider County politics. We were told that our town didn't count.
the exact words "We really don't need your town."

I don't know of they young lady who was thrown under the bus that you speak of.

He didn't win by going after the 'party bosses' - he won by going after the young dem that hung door hangers for me the weekend before my election last year.

That was national news - but I guess you missed it. He literally painted her as this evil dark party boss doing the bidding of evil forces and evil elites . . .

Also - he's in between Hamm and Dr. Campos-Medina on the 7th district ballot! I just find it so funny - because after he won and while his lawsuit was STILL ongoing - he reached out the Party Chair and said he WOULD take the line in our county.

Dude is sneaky as fuck! Might be an advantage in the Senate to rope a dope a few moderates.

2. I received 43 inbox messages

On my LinkedIn between Friday Feb 23 and Sunday Morning - Feb 25th.

You know who from? Andy Kim campaigners.

I received a call from him directly on Sat Feb 24th.

In addition - there were numerous text messages and emails from his campaign.


They were fucking obnoxious. And they didn't move the needle.

And I still believe that if Campos-Medina could be a threat to both Kim and Murphy. Her speech at the Hunterdon County Convention was amazing.

7. Yeah - that was posted in the ONE-NJ7 Facebook group yesterday

The guy gets one photo op post 1/6 and is suddenly the greatest American who ever lived. It's bananas - the cult of Andy.

If he was a white woman - he would NEVER get accolades for missing so many votes - but getting a photo op in 2021.

Now word is - Menendez having his case separated from his wife - is due to the fact that it was the permanent piece of ass at home who engaged in the activity. If he is found not guilty - he's going to pull a Malinowski move (out of spite) and run an independent campaign.

That means the blue wall is gone in NJ - as it relates to the Senate.
