Trigger warning: St. Joseph man charged with Statutory Rape of a person less than 14-years-old on Tuesday

https://www.kq2.com/news/top-stories/st-joseph-man-charged-with-statutory-rape-of-a-person-less-than-14-years-old/article_767f3c22-7121-11ef-9533-0f530883a4ec.html

According to a probable cause statement filed in Buchanan County, Mo. by a St. Joseph, Mo. Police Department Officer (SJPD),

"The victim, a 14-year-old female who gave birth on July 26, 2024, to a girl with an unknown father. The victim would have gotten pregnant when she was 13-years-old.

On September 9, 2024, I recieved a phone call from Children's Mercy who advised the genetic testing results had returned on September 9, 2024, and it showed there was a 1st degree relative with 23 percent relationship with parent which is high.

… snip…

"Ronald M. Heffley is believed to be a danger to the victim because he is her father and a danger to the community because he has previously been arrested and convicted of operating a vehicle without a license on two separate occasions, endangering the welfare of a child on two separate occasions, staling, forgery, second degree burglary, theft, and property damage."

Missouri has no exceptions in banning abortions …

I weep for this young girl

I'm hopeful that there will be a prompt "public service murder" and taxpayers don't have to feed and house this monster for very long.
