Get registered to vote with your current name at your current address by 30 days
before Election Day.To be registered to vote in the November 6th, 2012 general election, you must turn in your registration by October 6th, 2012.

2.WHAT TO BRING
Mississippi does not require you to have ID to cast your ballot. However, if you’re a first-time voter and registered without providing a driver’s license, social security number, or photo identification, you may be required to show ID when voting. The following will be accepted:
• a copy of current and valid photo identification, or
• a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check,
paycheck, or other government document that shows the name and
current address of the voter.

3.VOTE!
Election Day is Tuesday November 6, 2012. Polls in Mississippi will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time
