And there are school levies on the ballot

Seems that 35 school districts ask for more money. Including mine. I admit, they asked twice in the past ten years but now I read how the funding from the legislation did not keep up with increase needs.

I think that it started with Pawlenty with his "creative budget" but I think that we did have two years of Democratic control of both the governorship and the legislative houses. What happened?
