(868 posts)1. Last time I checked
no one considers an assault rifle a pistol. But then
I refer to intelligent individuals, not the NRA or their
members.

(2,137 posts)11. Its legally a pistol.
But really, its just an AR15 with a short barrel and no stock.
Edit- Upon further looking at the picture, it appears it may be actually a pistol caliber AR15. And it looks like he has a "arm brace" on it, which looks and can basically function as a stock, but legally is classified as a brace.

What an asshole. So can the public bring in guns or just the lawmakers? Whats he afraid of, being down state ?

(60,011 posts)7. I'm waiting for inevitable public shoot out
between the "good" guys and an armed bad guy.
Pretty sure that is what these gun carrying idjits are waiting for, too.
I'm pretty sure neither of them has been practicing a lot with their guns, so a fair number of folks stuck in the middle are gonna get hurt.

He loves trolling people, kind of like his idol in the White House.

I have never heard of him... it sounds like he is a mini Matt Gaetz .

(4,635 posts)10. I was thinking more along of lines of
a pasty applied to over the nipple or a slice of cuke over the eye instead of hiding inadequate sweetbreads. Now if he's a few potatoes short of a pierogi, them's fighting words, LOL!
