* Annapolis and Old Town forecast to have most severe coastal flooding

and highest water levels since Hurricane Isabel in 2003 at high tide Friday night -- 2 to 3 feet of inundation expected *

Per the National Weather Service, anticipate "impassable roads, water into low shorelines homes/buildings, flooded docks and marinas."
