Nobody really noticed bc it was blue already, but MD shifted left harder than any other Dem state

Nobody really noticed bc it was blue already, but Maryland shifted left harder than any other Dem state. From +26 for Clinton to +33 for Biden. He won it by more than FDR or LBJ.

And Joe Biden being Joe Biden, of course..

Wish I lived in a State that embraced such goodness in it's leaders.

(checking real estate in Maryland..hmmm)

From google:

Maryland Real Estate
There are currently 17,485 homes for sale in Maryland. The median list price in Maryland is $340,000 and the average price per square foot is $179.

'just' Ben Cardin and Chris Van Hollen, 2 good Dems. Jamie represents MD Dist 8: https://raskin.house.gov/8th-district NEAR DC.

(My RENT, for a 'small' house @ riverside, is $1300.)

$1300-$1600 for about 1100-1500 sq ft.
Depending on location, that sounds like the norm.
Of course I just checked the coastal areas & it appears I'm kinda priced out of that.

I'll check Raskin's D-8 next
🙂
