1. I read the obituary

At another site. We lost a remarkable person, the kind who is sorely needed at this time.

Recently both Jamie and his wife were interviewed on television. She seemed to be such a happy person.

2. Yes, I saw that interview too.

Thinking of them continually, partly because he's my congressman, and one of the cousins attended school with my daughter, so my daughter became acquainted with the family.

The funeral was (to be) this morning.
