What's this bird?

liitle smaller than a Chickeedee, but just as brave. He was feeding 3 feet away this PM,,,,

1. Think it is a nuthatch,.. picture difficult,... bird upside down...

but now that I looked up red-breasted nuthatch, is probably it.
