Related: About this forumGenius-level trolling of Susan Collins (and Bill Green) by the Maine Democratic Party
The MDC had a bunch of signs printed up saying "Trump Collins 2020"
Few outside Maine would have noticed these if Bill Green hadn't pulled a Streisand and complained about them on Twitter:
Bill Green
@billgreensmaine
These signs were paid for and put up by the Maine Democratic Party. I consider this a dirty trick.

Retired TV reporter Bill Green backs Susan Collins in series of ads
After a 47-year career that made him one of the most familiar faces on Maine television, retired newsman Bill Green can still pull off a surprise.
As a News Center Maine reporter, Green said Monday, I tried to be as fair and balanced as I could, always seeking both sides of every story.
Now, though, freed from journalistic constraints, Green recently told U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, a Republican seeking her fifth term, that hed like to help her win.
Before long, he was cutting television ads to boost Collins in her four-way race against Democrat Sara Gideon and independents Max Linn and Lisa Savage. Polls are showing Gideon with a small lead in one of the countrys most-watched contests...

(22,514 posts)1. Amazing
that he considers a sign with the name of the Republican candidate for Senate next to the name of the Republican candidate for President as a dirty trick.
Says a lot!
