Called my ELLIS county election office yesterday for mail in ballots

for my mom & myself just like I've done in prior years and they've always mailed them to us. This year
they're mailing me a form to fill out to prove I'm a citizen which I need to mail back to them.

Is this a new State wide procedure or just my red county making it harder to vote?

implementing the SAVE act b4 it's passed. Sounds like the stuff he and Phil Kline used to pull.

Hmmm... my grandson changed his address on registration to ours cause he's living here now. Got a message yesterday that the state of ks was getting on his nerves. Wonder if they've pulled his for proof beyond his drivers license and prior registration.
