Now Kimmy's chiming inThe Des Moines Register reports that Reynolds said on Tuesday that "it's just horrific" that children are used as "pawns" in an immigration policy dispute. The Republican governor called on Congress to come up with a solution this week that stops the Trump administration's "zero tolerance" policy at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Reynolds says the U.S. should provide "stability" to families instead of separating them from their children.
This is more her wanting to save her skin in November than any concern about these children. You cannot convince me otherwise. She stood up to vote for that orange idiot so I don't give a damn what she thinks.

Rep: Steve King praises child detention camps: 'They get three squares a day'
In a Republican Party now indistinguishable from white nationalism, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) has long played footsie with white supremacists, neo-Confederates, European extremists and open endorsers of both Hitler and his Nazis. He is also the defacto leader of Republican immigration policy, and those two things are not, by any stretch, coincidental.
It was obvious that King would be fully and vocally supportive of the administration's new "zero tolerance" policy and resulting child detention camps.
These are children that are cared for with better care than they get in their home country, he said. They get a warm and a comfortable place to sleep, they get medical care like a lot of kids in this country dont get, they get three squares a day. They get exercise fresh air. So I dont know how you could ask for more than that.
It is not mere rhetoric to say Steve King pals around with Europe's fascists and neo-Nazis. Last week he was widely condemned for retweeting British neo-Nazi Mark Collett: King added "Europe is waking up...Will America...in time?" Not many tweets from that, King demanded the release of British extremist "Tommy Robinson," currently serving prison time for violating a British court order.
