The Opportunity School District proposal is nothing more than a money grab away from public schools. Didn't anybody learn anything when No Child Left Behind had to be overhauled?

guarantees that many people will vote without realizing what it means. That said, I know of no one, democrat or republican, who supports that asshattery.

As to your original point, of course black children represent the failing schools, and if Deal and his cronies have their way, they will make it a reality across GA. Thanks for the heads-up. I don't watch TV so I have no idea what ads are running.
