a sponge for a long time but some folks just have to have waterfront property or a dock in the back yard.

Now they do

Remember; This area is pumped in dredging from the late 50s through the 70s. in a biblical way they built their houses on sand.

Time enough to patch them up and sell them before the next hurricane season.
