4. Yes, sadly, I know of. I grew up in Joplin MO (just across the border from you all in AR) and...

we had numerous reports of klan activities (in the closet of course, and wasn't out in the open, but never-the-less, still out there). Disgusting. The Ozarks seems to be a dumping ground for all of these fringe groups, who move into these sparsely populated areas and overwhelm the existing neighborhoods.

Don't let these idiots get you or your neighbors down. Call the police or state highway if need be. Some of them ended up moving into a place just across the state highway from us near Bennett Springs MO, and thank goodness the cops were aware of them, were even using our properties to spy/monitor these people. Ended up arresting them/taking them out, so haven't been a problem since. There are a few white supreme people still down there but we ignore and as long as they keep to themselves and don't go nuts, keep their sick beliefs to themselves, that's fine.

Take care and hang in there. Educate your neighbors and friends about these scumbags, keep the state highway informed if anything comes up suspicious or strange. Watch for drug trafficking (this is how they caught the ones across the highway from us).
