Kamala Harris to return to Arizona to court Latino voters. Here's when
Vice President Kamala Harris will visit Phoenix on Halloween, her campaign announced Friday.
Former President Donald Trump also will be in Arizona on Thursday.
The legendary regional Mexican music act Los Tigres Del Norte will perform at the Harris event, part of her campaign's "When We Vote We Win" series of concerts and rallies.
“Artists like Los Tigres del Norte is a trusted voice for their fans — many listen to their music, follow on social, and find inspiration in their music. They are invested in this campaign because they know what’s at stake, and they can further encourage and mobilize people to go vote,” the campaign said in a written statement.
