There will be two Farms2Table Farmers Markets hosting this Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 8-11:00 (on until sold out). Casa Grande Farmers Market, 702 E. Cottonwood Rd., Casa Grande 85122 and Church on the Green, 19051 N R H Johnson Blvd., Sun City West 85375. With a $15 (cash) donation anyone with NO income or residential requirements can support our farmers market(s) or prepackaged produce box location(s). Shop for your delicious and nutritious fruits and veggies so you can prepare your Christmas meals. Help us share our postings and publications to your families and friends so we are able to help more Arizona communities.
Order online to reserve and pickup your prepackaged produce box, $16 ($15 per produce box and $1 processing fee) at Church on the Green in Sun City West from the hours of 8-10:30am using this url link:

Farms2Table is a program of Desert Farms2Table, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our purpose is to help supplement meals in Arizona communities with delicious and nutritious rescued fruits and vegetables. Since the introduction of our farmers markets at the beginning of summer, F2T has distributed close to 500,000 lbs. of rescued produce at our markets and supplemented over 175,000 meals. With the help of our gracious volunteers who have donated approximately 100 hours at each of our markets so everyone can enjoy receiving their produce on a Saturday morning.

This is a group that I do not volunteer with but they are similar to P.O.W.W.O.W.

I post because I want the people of Arizona to know where they can get food. I say Arizona because I have met folks who do travel to the valley to get their produce from some of these groups.
