I think the name of it was "Limitless" also.

It's a good movie. Worth watching.

The tv show was based on the movie. Basically a continuation of the movie with Bradley Cooper as producer and guest star in several episodes.

The dvd commentary referred to the drug the show was about being based on some actual experimental drugs that have or are being developed.

The idea that humans don’t use “all of our brains”, and that there’s huge potential to be unlocked if we can just find a way.

The truth is, we really do use all of our brains. We just don’t use all of it all the time. Or all of it all at the same time.

one of the shows producers made that point in the dvd commentary. Some of the consultants on the show emphasized that point. It was interesting to hear how much homework and background they actually do.

Person of Interest was another show where they explained in the dvd commentary how much research goes into the science they portray on the show. So much so the PI was sounding the warning bells about facebook 5 years ago..
