Less than 24 hours left in February Photo Contest Preliminaries

The theme this month was "My Community.

Preliminaries will run for 72 hours. The top 3 vote getters in each preliminary thread will advance to the FINALS.

I always went by that indicator that it was time to calculate who the finalists are.

With the time expired, nobody can vote.
